We’re looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be part of an enthusiastic Learning and Development (L&D) team and contribute to our PwC continuous learning strategy.   

 

Your impact 

As L&D consultant, you’ll make an impact by: 

You will support the roll out of the firmwide Learning and Development strategy for Assurance and TLS.  

This includes, managing courses, certificates and curricula for both internal and external training, developing and tracking learner pathways and training offerings, supporting organisational supervision and monitoring the compliance elearnings/training and handling invoice follow-ups. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the business and your HR colleagues. 

You will perform data analysis and generate reports to keep various stakeholders informed on main L&D data (attendance, evaluations, actuals vs budget, …)  

You stay abreast of latest developments in learning trends & technologies, embrace & implement various types of training,  

As PwC Belgium is part of a larger network, you connect to the PwC EMEA and the PwC Europe network, follow up on the developments at EMEA/PwC Europe level and register our Belgian participants to the EMEA/PwC Europe training. 

You will work closely with the other L&D team members and build a strong collaboration with the Learning Strategy and Design team. You will participate actively in the L&D team meetings and overall L&D projects. 

You work closely with the HR Officers' team and ADM team who are in charge of the logistic follow-up of the training. You look for opportunities to optimize our way of working and make sure our documentation on processes are up-to-date. 

You will use GENai tools ensuring our employees receive the most relevant and impactful training to drive both individual and organizational growth. 

 

About you 

Bachelor or master degree 

A minimum of 2-3 years of working experience. Experience in learning and development is an added value.

Agile, flexible, proactive, innovative, digital savy

Passionate about developing people’s skills and competencies

Strong communication skills, able to inspire and convince, great stakeholder management

Languages: fluent in English
