Job Description

Learning Coordination

Coordinate start-to-finish of training logistics, managing all activities including training registration, training communication as appropriate, presenter and employee communication, attendance, and reporting through Workday Learning LMSSchedule live training sessions for APAC and act as a producer to ensure sessions run seamlesslySet up and launch polls for live sessionsTrack and report attendance and FAQs for live sessionsEnsure attendees are added to Workday Learning for sessionsWork with LMS administrator to create programs and courses in Workday LearningCreate assessments in Questionmark tool and add to courses in Workday LearningCreate feedback surveys associated with courses in Workday LearningAssist in curation and maintenance of training curriculum on LMS, Workday LearningAssist with other programs including performance management and recognition award coordination

Communication Coordination

Gather content including employee anniversaries and new hires for bi-weekly newsletter and create draftFormat newsletter to be ready to publishOrganize, and post L&D communication content on SharePoint, our company intranetAnswer routine Learning & Development questions for employeesUpdate and help support team processes and documentationOther duties as needed

Reporting

Analyze and report on employee feedback surveys for courses and programs through Workday LearningCompile, and organize training data and reports on L&D Reporting DashboardOther reporting as needed

QualificationsBA/BS preferred2 years experience as an administrator/coordinator, preferably in HR, learning and development or related fieldsProficiency with MS SharePoint, Teams, MS Office; especially PowerPoint and ExcelStrong proficiency with scheduling and managing events using Microsoft Outlook and Teams1+ years of learning management system administration experience preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented, self-starter who is able to work independentlyAbility to organize and prioritize work to handle multiple activities and requests in a fast-paced environmentProactive and willing to take full ownership of assigned responsibilitiesStrong problem solver with the ability to present issues clearly and provide solutionsProficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and ExcelExperience in a multinational, global organization preferred
