Reporting to a Manager of Knowledge Management, you will manage the research, structure, creation, and reporting of documentation on Concentrix's B2B internal knowledge platform, Guru. You Have:
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, related field, or 1 year of related work experience
Experience planning, researching, writing, and editing technical documents
Excellent written, verbal, writing, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to handle ambiguity, overcome challenges, and scale across a distributed organization
Ability to articulate business needs or opportunities and recognize solutions
Project management, leadership, and influencing skills
You will:
Partner with project stakeholders to collate documentation required for new implementations and expansions.
Maintain a cohesive Knowledge Management structure that aligns to content standards
Create clear, user-friendly and engaging content articles
Deliver Knowledge Base overview & walk through sessions for new implementations and expansions
Deliver Knowledge Base training and best practices
Partner with LPM to conduct Health Checks and update onboarding plans
Creatively implement new functionalities which are useful for content consumers (ie. knowledge triggers, organizational changes, iframes)
Advise Knowledge Base Champion from a technical perspective, and with regards to approaches to curation and publication
Support platform, system, migrations, and expansions from a Knowledge Management perspective
Be accountable for the content produced for assigned accounts/projects
Conduct content needs analysis (interviews, surveys)

Virtual First
Concentrix is a Virtual First company, which means working outside of an office will be the primary experience for most employees for the foreseeable future. Equipment will be provided, but an Internet connection and a space at home to work is required. While you can work from your home, we do require that you are within a commutable distance (NCR, Cavite, Rizal, Laguna, and Bulacan), of the local office to ensure you can attend when/if required by the company. Also, per PEZA regulations, we are mandated to keep track and record the movement of all company-owned work equipment, thus any movement of this working equipment is prohibited without any prior approval by the management team, including our PH Site Director
