Lead development of learning programs and assets to upskill employees in the potato manufacturing process, from raw material handling to final product packaging.Support development of technical onboarding needs for all levels within the plant.Oversee a global document repository of all learning materials; manage translations as required. About You: 

Experience with rapid eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360).Previous experience in production or maintenance in manufacturing plants. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to food manufacturing.Highly organized, detailed oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
