About the Role

Our ANZ Human Resources and People Team is continuing to grow so we’re looking for an experienced Learning, Development & Inclusion Advisor to join our team in Sydney. This role will focus on programs and initiatives that support the development of our employees and the diversity, equity and inclusion of our business. We’re looking for a creative thinker who enjoys engaging with employees and leaders in the business to shape our culture and deliver meaningful change.

You will have a strong passion for learning and supporting the growth, development and performance of our DUAL team and enjoy collaborating and engaging with a range of stakeholders to deliver our D,E & I initiatives. We’re looking for someone with the desire to understand our business and culture, as this will be critical to success in this role.

This role will see responsibility for:

Driving participation and engagement in DUAL learning and development programs and initiatives.Management and administration of DUAL learning platforms including LinkedIn Learning, BetterUp, SafeTrac and Hive Mind (DUAL’s purpose built learning site).Recommending and coordinating internal and external training and learning solutions, partnering with the business and our HR Generalists to ensure accessibility and delivery of effective programs aligned to development needs.Supporting the development, implementation and ongoing management of leadership development and organisational capability projectsPartnering with DUAL’s Risk & Compliance function to ensure engagement and completion of compliance training requirements.Contributing to ANZ and Group-wide talent, learning and D,E & I projects.Development and facilitation of internal training and information sessions as needed.Reporting and data analytics of CPD, learning and diversity information for various purposes.Measuring, monitoring and identification of learning and D, E & I trends within the business.Working closely with the Head of HR & People in the execution of DUAL’s D,E & I strategy including initiatives, programs and day-to-day tasks.Collaborating with the Marketing and CSR & Sustainability teams on new and existing D,E & I programs and initiatives including communications and employer branding.Providing support and guidance to DUAL’s Employee Resource Groups ensuring employee consultation and contribution to DUAL’s D, E & I.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have a background in Learning & Development or Organisational Development with a minimum of 4 years’ experience, have a passion for driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives and creating a culture of employee growth. You'll be keen to work closely within a fast-paced, collaborative team in a constantly evolving environment. Due to the dynamic nature of the role & environment, you will need to have a combination of drive and energy as well as be adaptable in your approach to prioritising several tasks.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail whilst being balanced with a confident and approachable manner. Confidence in public speaking is a must in this role as you will be required to present to small and large audiences in varying formats including online and in person. As this role supports our ANZ business, it’s essential that you can develop and foster relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business and across multiple functions and teams.
