As the Learning & Development Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience managing our Learning Management System (LMS), tracking training completions, assisting with content reviews, and supporting the launch of new training initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in HR, training administration, and process optimization.
Your Tasks
LMS Administration: Assign, track, and manage training courses within the LMS. Process manual completions for in-person or externally completed training. Audit and update training records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Content Review and Maintenance: Review existing training materials for accuracy, relevance, and consistency. Identify outdated content and collaborate with the L&D team to update or retire materials. Perform quality assurance checks to ensure proper course functionality and reporting. Training Launch Support: Assist in the preparation, testing, and launch of new training programs. Develop user guides and communications for employees regarding training requirements. Track and report training completions to ensure compliance with deadlines. Reporting and Analysis: Generate training reports using LMS tools to monitor participation and completion rates. Analyze data to identify trends, training gaps, and opportunities for process improvement. Present findings and recommendations to the L&D team.
Your Tasks
Working on college degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Administration with a concentration in HR, or Education Must be a Junior or a Senior in your program Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with or willingness to learn Learning Management Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, iSpring). Basic familiarity with data reporting and analysis tools is a plus.
