The FBA Learning and Development Team executes our learning and development strategy for new hires and existing associates, including leadership. The Learning and Development (L&D) Team ensures our organization has the skills and knowledge to deliver excellence daily.
We seek an experienced L&D Manager to manage and deliver various high-quality training programs. You will become an expert in our processes, and liaise with stakeholders and global leaders to ensure training deliverables meet standards and produce desired outcomes. You will have experience driving project throughput and can work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You are able to juggle competing priorities and handle ambiguity comfortably. You must have a passion for relationship-building, as well as data efficiency and accuracy.
Minimum gross monthly salary for this positions starts from 2250 Eur. The final total compensation offered is likely to be higher and will consist of further pay components such as sign on bonus and restricted stock units.
Key job responsibilities
• Serve as the single threaded owner for training and development in your region in support of the global L&D strategy and team, fostering the development and growth of employees.
• Manage a local team that will own and support global initiatives; set objectives and drive measurable improvement.
• Oversee the development, coordination, delivery, and scheduling of trainings, including new hire, continuing education, functional, and leadership training as needed. Modalities may include classroom and/or virtual instructor led training, webinars, and online self-directed modules or materials.
• Scope, plan, manage, and execute complex learning and people development projects, including strategy and tactically driving teams to deliver.
• Review and validate training materials, curriculum plans, and learner engagement strategies.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive alignment on requirements, KPIs, prioritization, and action toward goals.
• Run mechanisms to collect, analyze, and report on learning impact metrics for your region.
• Identify knowledge gaps, training opportunities, and improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and coach learning experience designers and trainers.
• Ensure team adheres to established L&D standards, systems, and best practices.
• Maintain clear and consistent project status reporting for project partners and leadership.
