The Role

\n

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to drive our Learning & Development initiatives, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and enhance the skills of our team. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering luxury learning programs that empower our team to reach their full potential and uphold our prestigious standards.

 About You

\n\nUnderstanding of Forbes luxury hotel standards.\nProven experience in Learning & Development within luxury hospitality.  \nExceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.  \nPassion for inspiring and motivating teams to excel.  \nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  \nAbility to create tailored learning programs that align with brand standards.\n\n

Key Responsibilities  

\n\nDesign, implement, and oversee innovative training programs tailored to hospitality excellence.  \nDeliver engaging workshops and coaching sessions to enhance our teams skills.  \nSupport career development initiatives and succession planning.  \nCollaborate with department heads to ensure consistent learning across all teams.  \nEvaluate training effectiveness and continuously refine learning strategies.  \nChampion the hotel’s service culture, embedding luxury and Forbes service standards into all learning interventions that elevate team performance and guest satisfaction.\n\n
