We are seeking a Learning & Development (L&D) Manager who will be instrumental in fostering the development and growth of our employees, with a special focus on our India team. This role requires a passion for people development and a deep commitment to creating a culture of continuous learning and agility within the organization.
As the L&D Manager, you will be at the heart of shaping and executing strategies that nurture talent and empower our workforce. Partnering with senior leadership, the People Team, and regional stakeholders, your mission will be to curate and deliver innovative learning experiences that develop the skills and capabilities our employees need to excel in their roles. This position is pivotal in ensuring that our talent management practices align with organizational goals and values, and that they are effectively implemented throughout the region.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Talent
Management and Development, you will act as a bridge foster alignment and drive
initiatives that support both global and regional needs. Your exceptional
communication skills will enable you to curate and facilitate a broad range of
learning experiences, from instructor-led training to digital learning content.
