Job Description
This is an exciting time to join the Brambles Global Learning and Development team to support the development of our core strategic capabilities across the wider Brambles organisation and support us to become a skills driven organisation.
Position Purpose
The purpose of this role is to lead the design and delivery of a suite of blended learning solutions globally to support the development of our core strategic capabilities across the wider Brambles organisation.
Major / Key Accountabilities
Accelerate the global development of critical skills and capabilities by leading the design, delivery of blended learning programmes and embedding activities across key portfolios including Change Management, Project and Programme management, and evolving to support future strategic skills / capabilities.Partner closely with key stakeholders to diagnose training needs, gather feedback and ensure alignment between learning initiatives and business objectives.Develop a learning strategy that drives the desired behavioural change and enhances capability. The role will also lead the development of upskilling solutions to build capabilities through designing learning solutions across a range of channels (virtual classroom, e-learning, videos, infographics, informal learning).Support content curation for areas.Manage the delivery of workshops, webinars, lunch and learns etc.Support management of relevant communities of practice.Establish and maintain strong links to internal and external stakeholders.Partner with wider HR, regional leads to promote awareness and drive adoption of relevant learning programmes.Manage communications and stakeholder management plans to ensure a positive reception in the business.Define and execute evaluation approaches to measure the success.Management of programme administration and set up on the LMS.Qualifications

The ideal candidate is an accomplished individual who has subject matter expertise in Learning & Development. This person should have a minimum of 5 years of Learning & Development experience with strong learning design and delivery, and project management skills.Experience in designing L&D activities in a global company, turning content from subject matter experts into engaging material for learners.Experience in live and virtual classroom design and delivery, including the setting up the associated technology/software, enabling interactive and experiential learning experiences.A proven track record in managing the complete online learning cycle, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating online learning content in a professional skills environment.Exposure or use of leading-edge digital technologies to drive engagement, collaboration and learning outcomes.Experience in measuring the effectiveness, business value and impact of learning solutions.Learning facilitation experience.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.Demonstrated comfort in working within a matrix environment to achieve objectives.Demonstrated comfort in working within broader corporate frameworks and policies.Skills and Knowledge
Proficient in rapid development tools and skilled in standard tools and software (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative, PowerPoint, etc.).Experience in supporting the development of Agile, Change Management, PMO and Project and Programme management capabilities a plus.Platform management skills (Industry leading learning management systems, Sharepoint).Strong analytical thinking.Curriculum and Course development.Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.High level of influencing and interpersonal skills.Project Management Skills.Relationship and stakeholder management skills.Essential Language
