Learning & Development Manager
Develop strategies and roadmap for learning and development programs based on business needs identified by discussions with business leaders and aligned with ZEISS Cultural JourneyPlan and implement training programs for functions/positions to develop leadership /functional/ common competency utilizing internal/external resourcesSupport talent review processes including key position succession plan & leadership evaluation, talent development planTogether with the Korea Leadership team, lead culture change initiatives (culture journey campaign, training and workshop)Support employee engagement survey and provide consulting for managers and design and facilitate follow up actions

Master degree of biz admin, educational technology or related major is preferredMinimum 7 years of HR experience with significant L&D and Talent area experiencesEffective communication skills with multiple stakeholders including globalCoaching qualification/ experiences is preferredExcellent facilitation skillBusiness English communication skill
