Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a holistic learning and development strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and future vision.
* Program Development: Design, curate, and deliver engaging training programs tailored to meet the needs of employees at all levels-from onboarding to executive leadership development.
* Performance Management: Oversee the creation and optimization of performance management programs to ensure employees have the tools and feedback needed to excel in their roles.
* Succession Planning: Build and execute robust succession planning strategies to identify, develop, and retain top talent for key positions across the organization.
* Leadership Development: Craft innovative leadership programs that inspire current and future leaders to drive the business forward while embodying organizational values.
* Collaboration: Partner with HR, business leaders, and stakeholders to assess development needs, identify skill gaps, and ensure initiatives support broader business objectives.
* Evaluation and Reporting: Monitor the effectiveness of learning programs through metrics, feedback, and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in learning and development, talent management, or a similar HR function.
* Strong background in designing and implementing training programs, performance systems, and leadership initiatives.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Familiarity with the latest trends in learning technologies, employee engagement, and organizational development is highly desirable.
* Undergraduate degree preferred.
