THE JOB:
As a Learning & Development Partner, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our team members by delivering engaging training experiences that elevate leadership capabilities across our world-class resorts.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Facilitate impactful leadership development programs, new hire orientations, and enterprise-wide learning initiatives.

Partner with HR, Guest Experience, and operational leaders to assess training needs and implement learning solutions.

Utilize cutting-edge learning technology to track performance, measure skill gaps, and drive operational excellence.

Analyze training effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations to enhance programs.

Manage training center operations, including scheduling, material preparation, and classroom setup.

Advise employees on career development opportunities and professional growth initiatives.

Champion diversity and inclusion, ensuring MGM Resorts' values are embedded in all learning experiences.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

1+ years of experience in adult learning, training facilitation, or leadership development.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong public speaking and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

A passion for developing people, fostering meaningful relationships, and creating a culture of continuous learning.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
