We’re seeking an experienced Learning & Development Partner to join our eDreams ODIGEO People team based in our Barcelona office, to  to drive impactful learning initiatives, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to our continuous learning culture.

As a Learning and Development Partner, you will be responsible for defining and driving tailored learning strategies that support eDOers’ growth and business success. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to identify learning needs and deliver innovative and engaging learning solutions. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning and development.

What you will do:

The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Learning & Development Partner in the People team, you will be in charge of: 

Business Partnering:

Partner with People Business Partners and team leaders to understand business needs and align learning initiatives accordingly.

Build strong relationships across teams, acting as a trusted advisor for employee development.

Provide guidance and support to managers on how to foster a learning culture within their teams.

Learning Strategy & Program Management:

Collaborate with People Business Partners and business leaders to define learning programs that align with company goals.

Partner with SME’s to design and implement customized L&D initiatives.

Design, develop, communicate and deliver learning experiences for different target audiences, leveraging a variety of learning methods.

Identify external training programs to address skills gaps and work with external vendors to roll out highly customized solutions

Manage the end-to-end execution of learning programs, from needs analysis to content development, delivery, and impact measurement.

Partner with Talent Management on different initiatives such as performance management (eVOLVE), mentorship program, and career development programs (Learn & Grow) to design learning resources, deliver sessions, presentations, etc

Performance & Impact Measurement:

Track and analyze learning effectiveness through feedback and key performance indicators.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize future learning initiatives.

Coach internal trainers to improve the quality and effectiveness of the learning solutions.

Stay up to date with the latest learning trends and tools to continuously enhance learning effectiveness and improve our learning offerings.

✅ Language & Communication Skills:

Highly fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.

Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate clearly with different audiences.

✅ Proactive & Solution-Oriented Mindset

A self-starter who takes initiative and is eager to bring new ideas to the table.

Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to continuously improve the learning experience of eDOers.

✅ Project & Stakeholder Management

Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across different functions.

✅ Critical Thinking & Executive Presence

Confidence in working with senior leaders and presenting learning strategies to decision-makers.

Analytical thinking to assess learning needs and propose data-driven solutions.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

Previous experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, or a related field.

Experience in designing and delivering training programs (instructor-led, virtual, and blended).

Background in project management within HR or L&D.

Familiarity with learning technologies and LMS platforms is a plus.

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (experience in tech companies or startups is a bonus).
