Your Accountabilities:
Partners with Leadership Team and HR Business Partners to define, implement and evaluate overall company learning and development strategy, annual learning and development priorities as well as leadership and professional skills development learning programsDevelops and implements metrics and monitoring plan to demonstrate the impact training has on improving performance; collects data, prepares and presents reports regarding learning and development activities Develops and leads high-potential employee development programs Implements locally corporate learning and development initiatives Conducts needs analyses and supports development of new e-learning courses Manages learning management system, resolves system issues Identifies vendor solutions to help meet business learning requirements and needs, manages vendor relationships Manages administrative functions necessary to deliver, document, and track learning and development programsStays current with industry trends in leadership, managerial, and professional development learning programsWhat We Are Looking For:
At least Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Management or equivalent At least 8+ years of professional experience in learning and development in international corporate environment, experience in automotive industry will be an advantageExceptional communication skills (written and verbal); able to coordinate and facilitate communication among diverse groups of stakeholders as well as develop marketing communications and materials to build excitement and interestExperience in working with leadership team at all levels of organization and ability to define and concisely communicate recommendations to senior leaders Skilled at working across functions and stakeholders to define needs, leverage resources, implement plans and gain commitment to actionProfessional presentation and facilitation skills especially at the manager and leadership levelsDrive for results orientation with proven experience in managing multiple tasks and staying flexible in a dynamic environmentExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify and improve processes, exercise mature judgment and to work independently.Prior experience with system administration tasks in a major learning management systemExperience in developing and delivering soft skills trainings, mentoring, counselling and/or coaching sessions will be an advantage Proficiency with MS Office Business fluency in English and PolishWhat we offerPossibility to develop and participation in trainingsCompetitive salary adequate to skills and experienceFree transport from Warsaw (Rondo Daszyńskiego, Ciepłownia Wola)Private Medicover medical care for the employee and employee’s familyCo-financing for the sport card MultisportCo-financing for holidays, Christmas gifts for employees' childrenPossibility to finance further education (Master's, postgraduate)Possibility to join to the PZU insuranceVery good working conditions in a brand-new office#LI-PR2
