This role is a combination of content design and delivery on general business skills topics and a partner to our key stakeholders in the region.
What You Will Be Doing:
Facilitating Training Sessions: You will deliver in-person and virtual workshops for employees at key Mintel offices in the APAC region. The content type will be determined based on the candidates previous experience. Workshop themes include Management, Presentation Skills, Problem Solving and General Business. Typical attendees come from all areas of our business such as managers, commercial, research and operations. Career Coaching: You will be certified as a Mintel Career Coach to provide one-to-one coaching opportunities for employees at specific development milestones. Developing & Revising Content: You will create and revise content to be delivered in workshop settings, one-to-ones as well as micro-modules hosted on our learning management platform. Communication & Logistics: You will be involved in the communication and logistics of Employee Development Programs within the APAC region.Who We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a Learning & Development role with experience creating and delivering workshops.

You are also able to adapt your communication style to suit the audience. Self-Directed: You have solid organizational skills with the ability to work independently and autonomously.
