**The Opportunity**
Join Arup's passionate team to shape our Learning culture! As a Learning & Development Specialist, you'll collaborate with diverse global audiences to create and implement impactful Learning solutions that enhance our design culture and drive meaningful outcomes.
In this role, you will design, deliver, and evaluate learning within the Design & Creativity Learning Account. You'll foster creative and critical thinking, and support the development of design practices. By empowering members to make values-based design decisions, you'll contribute to sustainable outcomes. Promoting collaboration and encouraging investment in design practice across all career stages will be key aspects of your work.

**Is this role right for you?**
We are looking for people who:
+ Experience in the delivery of design learning, including needs analysis, design & development, delivery, assessment & evaluation.
+ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively.
+ Proficiency in planning, coordinating, and managing logistics for learning programmes, workshops, and events (both virtual and in-person).
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to make people feel included and valued, manage complex communications, and take on board feedback.
+ Passion for design, actively involved in the design community, and committed to lifelong learning and continuous improvement.
This is a 12-month fixed-term role and will report directly into the AU Learning Lead.
The role is based in either the London, Madrid, Hong Kong, Melbourne or New York office three days a week, and two days working from home.
