Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the development of enterprise & divisional views of capability needs.
• Support the planning and delivery of all learning initiatives for the Division.
• Ensure coherence and consistency with People & Learning programmes and messages.
• Establish and maintain excellent collaborative working relationships.
• Manage end-to-end learning administration effectively.
• Collaborate with the global People delivery team.
• Track delivery of activities to meet all milestones and requirements.
• Perform data preparation and basic data management.
• Generate reports using analytical/reporting tools.
• Be an active member of a cohesive and high-performing team.
Work Experience: Preferred Work Experience includes:
• Experience in administrative support roles within global and complex organisations.
• Experience in supporting learning delivery and broader People processes.
• Desirable experience with Cornerstone OnDemand and/or Workday.
Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications include:
• Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
