We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at a UK nuclear fuel manufacturing site. In this critical role, you will design, implement, and manage training programs that empower employees and drive organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with departments to identify training needs and align learning programs with business objectives.
• Develop and deliver engaging training content, participant materials, and elearning solutions.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and events tailored to diverse age groups, skill levels, and learning styles.
• Use a variety of training methods to ensure high levels of understanding, including hands-on sessions, classroom instruction, and virtual learning.
• Collect and analyze training data to evaluate program effectiveness and identify future needs.
• Manage and optimize learning management systems to enhance training delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in learning and development or a related field.
• A Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent teaching/training qualification (desired).
• Relevant experience in a teaching, education, or industrial setting.
• Ability to adapt training delivery methods to accommodate diverse learning needs and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in elearning platforms and learning management systems.
