**What You’ll Do**
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in designing, delivering, and optimizing training initiatives that drive the professional growth of our team members. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
+ Evaluate individual and organizational development needs to identify key areas for growth
+ Design and deliver engaging e-learning courses, in-person workshops, and virtual training sessions
+ Create and execute learning strategies and programs that align with business goals and foster skill development
+ Partner with managers to support team member growth through tailored career pathing initiatives
+ Oversee Learning Management System (LMS) content, ensuring it reflects our latest offerings and policies
+ Extract and analyze LMS data to provide insights on training effectiveness and completion rates
+ Present training content via various formats, ensuring it’s accessible to a diverse, global workforce
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts to define and develop relevant training content
+ Adapt existing and future L&D programs to remote teams and international offices
+ Align training programs with client needs and business operations to maximize impact

**What You Bring to the Table**
+ **Experience** : 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development, Training Management, or similar role
+ **Technical Skills** : Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel) and Learning Management Systems (LMS); knowledge of e-learning platforms is a plus
+ **Professional Certification** : ATD or other relevant certifications are preferred (DISC certification is also a plus)
+ **Communication & Organization** : Excellent communication, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
+ **Bilingual** : Fluency in Spanish is a plus
+ **Analytical Skills** : Strong ability to analyze performance data, identify skill gaps, and develop targeted training programs
+ **Adaptability** : Comfortable working with employees at all levels, from entry-level to executive leadership, in a fast-paced environment
