We seek a dynamic and experienced HR Trainer to join our Human Resources team. The HR Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This role is crucial in promoting a culture of continuous learning and development within DHL Group.

\n

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n

As part of your normal duties, you will be responsible for:

\n\nThe trainer is expected to establish the training and development needs of People Services' employees and promote training initiatives that build employee job effectiveness.\nContribute to the development of the Training Services model to ensure we meet the needs of the business and the overall People Services provision.\nCreating training materials and programmes to address specific business objectives.\nBe comfortable creating and building subject-specific training across all aspects of HR, with the opportunity to create training content and materials.\nIdentifying and implementing a wide range of training techniques to improve efficiency and returns on investment.\nProactively seek input from customers to ensure delivery meets business needs, and propose changes to the level of services provided.\nEnsure continuous monitoring of performance measures and evaluation tools that enable the Training Service to continuously improve.\nKeeping up-to-date on the latest training trends, developments and best practices\n\n


WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

\n\nPrevious experience in delivering training to individuals and groups.\nMaking the training material, layout and delivery of the training your own! Be as creative as you would like. \nExperience of working with employees in a Customer Services environment.\nAbility to create and build business-specific training sessions and materials.\nCreate and build training sessions/guides for new training subjects.\nHas experience in supporting members of a team in a training environment.\nHas excellent communication skills and experience of presenting ideas and concepts to stakeholders.\nFilling knowledge gaps that require training materials.\nHas attention to detail within a time-pressured environment\n\n
