Role Summary
The purpose of Customer Engagement Training (CET) organization at Pfizer is to further enhance our customer engagement capabilities to improve our commercial effectiveness, increase our customer satisfaction, and achieve our revenue and market share goals.
The Emerging Markets (EM) /China Training Excellence Lead is accountable for overseeing measures and metrics to understand training effectiveness and impact, managing the reporting and communication of training outcomes, leading program and project management initiatives, conducting knowledge assessments of learners, centralizing certificate issuance, record-keeping, and reporting processes, managing EM/China programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals, and overseeing market budget management. The role will be a member of EM/China Customer Engagement Training (CET) Leadership Team and report to EM/China CET Lead.
Role Responsibilities
Oversee the development and implementation of measures and metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and impact: Create and maintain KPIs and other metrics to assess training success. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Conduct knowledge assessments of learners to gauge their understanding and progress: Develop and implement assessment tools to evaluate learners' knowledge and skills, designing tests and quizzes to measure training effectiveness and identify support needs.Manage the reporting and communication of training outcomes to stakeholders: Compile and present detailed reports on training outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and relevance for informed decision-making.Lead program and project management initiatives to ensure successful execution and delivery: Plan, coordinate, and oversee training programs and projects from inception to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-scope delivery.Centralize certificate issuance, record-keeping, and reporting processes: Manage certificate issuance, maintain accurate training records, and ensure all reporting requirements are met by developing standardized processes.Oversee market budget management, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources: Manage training program budgets, monitor expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.Advance innovative learning solutions and bring best practices to the EM/China region: Identify and implement best practices in learning and development to enhance training effectiveness in the EM/China region.Drive self-learning solutions strategy: Manage e-learning tools and collaborate with the Learning Management Systems & Platforms team to increase e-learning utilization and effectiveness, promoting self-learning resources.Contribute insights as a member of the EM/China CET leadership teamQualifications
Required:
10 years’ experience in a multinational company.Track record of successfully structuring and developing bold and innovative strategies from the ground upDemonstrated experience leading in a matrix environment and rolling out strategies from inception to successful implementation.Prior experience working in global context and/or success leading geographically dispersed teams.5+ years of people leadership experience with evidence of high emotional intelligence.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage competing priorities.Preferred:
Commercial training experience including delivery of blended and distance learning curricula and content.Experience in evaluating Learning programs and materials to ensure client and learner needs are met.Understanding of Pfizer’s business.
