Learning Enablement Consultant
About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 09 The Role: The Learning Enablement Consultant position is responsible for coordinating activities that ensure smooth execution of learning and talent programs including collecting and tracking project status, handling incoming and outgoing requests, preparing supporting documentation and reporting for various programs, and other administrative tasks. The Team: The Business Operations and Transformation team at CI is instrumental in driving performance across the global organization. Responsibilities and Impact: Coordinate Training Programs: Oversee the lifecycle of training offerings, managing logistics, venues, budgeting, and audience arrangements to ensure seamless execution aligned with strategic objectives. Leverage Technology for Efficiency: Utilize and manage IT systems to enhance training operations, improving the delivery and accessibility of learning programs. Streamline Training Requests: Review and optimize training requests to ensure alignment with business needs and maximize impact. Ensure Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate and traceable training data, enabling informed decision-making and compliance adherence. Data Capture for Reporting: Implement effective data capture methods to facilitate robust reporting on performance and delivery. Issue Escalation: Proactively escalate issues to the Learning Manager, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with organizational standards Develop Learning Materials: Collaborate to create, organize, and enhance training materials, including digital resources and evaluations, to improve learner experience. What We’re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any Discipline (Degree in organizational development, education, instructional design, or other learning discipline preferred but not mandatory). 3–5 years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related function. Ability to manage competing priorities and have multiple projects in flight at once and in various stages Collaborative work style with ability to adapt to change, solicit input and support decision-making Excellent listener; seeks broad input and feedback; employs frequent and effective follow-up Proficiency in managing IT systems and tools to streamline training operations. Strong organizational skills to manage logistics, scheduling, and training execution. Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and effective reporting. Key Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to issue escalation and resolution. Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder management to align programs with organizational goals. Additional Preferred Qualifications: Experience in developing and managing digital learning materials. Familiarity with reporting tools and analytics for measuring learning impact. Knowledge of compliance requirements for training programs in a global organization. Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines effectively.
