Learning Experience Consultant

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and agile Learning Experience Consultant to play a vital role in enhancing the employee learning experience, driving impactful communication strategies, and ensuring the seamless administration of our learning programs in addition to supporting organizational effectiveness consulting across the business. This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to leverage technology to deliver exceptional learning experiences. What You’ll Do: Elevate the Learning Experience + Oversee corporate-wide training calendar and provide holistic perspective to ensure optimal scheduling and equitable opportunities. + Develop and implement effective communication strategies and materials (e.g. newsletters, promotional materials, user guides, video tutorials) to promote learning opportunities and resources across the organization. + Proactively identify and address barriers to learning, ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment. Organizational Effectiveness Consulting + Own the scoping, planning, and execution of assigned organizational consulting engagements in partnership with HR Business Partners and executive leaders. + Complete quantitative and qualitative analyses to support project objectives and develop deliverables with minimal supervision (e.g. project plans, PowerPoint presentations, status reports) + Present updates, findings, and recommendations to project sponsors and other leaders and associates at all levels of the organization. Learning & Vendor Management + Provide strategic oversight in partnership with HR Information Systems team to implement learning experiences in Workday Learning. + Own relationships with several training vendors and identify forward-thinking new vendors to address business needs. Training & Facilitation Support + Design and facilitate meetings, workgroups, and training sessions as needed. What You’ll Need: + 5+ years of relevant experience preferred (i.e. human resources, people operations, business process improvement, organizational assessments, change management, project management or related) + Knowledge and application of Workday Learning, strongly preferred + Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, required + Strong quantitative analysis skills required + Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint + Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required + Ability to work independently + Desire to learn; growth mindset What You’ll Gain: Whether it's consulting with the business, facilitating workshops, or designing learning experiences, you will have variety in your workday! An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability. This job is also eligible for variable pay.
