Learning Experience Designer
**Instructional Designer** The Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating, developing, and implementing compelling instructional materials and immersive learning experiences tailored to meet the diverse needs of our learners. This role involves conducting thorough needs assessments, collaborating with subject matter experts, and utilizing instructional design frameworks to ensure that all learning and talent development materials are not only effective but also engaging and accessible. The Designer will leverage various technologies and methodologies to foster an interactive learning environment, promote critical thinking, and support various learning styles, ensuring that each learner's unique journey is enriched and empowered. **Key Responsibilities and Duties** + Collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze learning needs and develop course outlines. + Develops marketing strategies for Learning and Talent Development to ensure a consistent vision and representation across the organization. + Designs and develops learning materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training, infographics, self-study guides, checklists, planners, presentations, scripts, and multimedia components such as video and audio and assessments to ensure engagement and knowledge retention. + Applies current instructional design methodologies and cutting-edge technologies to produce high-quality content. + Conducts thorough evaluations and assessments of learning programs to confirm alignment with learning and performance objectives. + Stays up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in instructional design and learning technologies. + Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for professional graphic design and photo editing. + Experienced in leveraging Articulate Storyline for the development of e-learning courses. + Familiar with instructional design theories such as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) and adult learning principles. + Creates resources, templates, and instructional materials, which includes but is not limited to instructional videos, how-to-guides, and FAQs that align with strategic priorities. **Educational Requirements** + University (Degree) Preferred **Work Experience** + 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred **Physical Requirements** + Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work **Career Level** 7IC **Preferred Qualifications** + Banking industry experience + Experience in Adobe Design Suite + Experience in Articulate Suite + Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and achieve goals in a dynamic environment + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including explanations of complex concepts + Ability to travel up to 20% of the time **Posting End Date:** 2/24/2025 **Job Seeker Notice** EverBank, N.A.
