What You’ll Do
You’ll serve a critical role in the business… understanding the internal and external customer needs and then interpreting and transforming them into training and resources that serve to onboard and up-skill the employees working in that field. This means that the training being delivered has a direct impact on the productivity and the services delivered to our clients worldwide.
You'll report to the Learning Experience Designer Manager. This role will also be responsible for the design, development, delivery, management, and measurement of a client knowledge base and/or training curriculum and continuous education. This exciting role uses the latest technology to ensure contact center associates can deliver the best experience to their customers.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
Optimize and Manage the Knowledge Base – Develop and implement strategies to enhance knowledge management, ensuring content is updated, structured, and aligned with operational goals.Design and Develop Learning Solutions – Create engaging e-learning, instructor-led, and blended training programs using modern instructional design methods and adult learning theories.Facilitate Research and Usability Assessments – Conduct focus groups, Subject Matter Expert (SME) interviews, usability sessions, and assessments to identify key insights and continuously improve learning experiences.Leverage Learning Data and Analytics – Track performance metrics, generate reports, and apply insights to enhance training effectiveness and learner outcomes.Ensure Quality and Governance – Oversee content quality control, governance, and continuous improvement within the knowledge base and LMS.Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with SMEs, project managers, training teams, and instructional designers to develop high-impact learning solutions.Enhance the Learner Experience – Apply human-centered design and agile methodologies to ensure training programs are engaging, relevant, and effective.What You Bring to the Role
Instructional Design & Knowledge Management Expertise – At least 3 years of experience in designing and developing e-learning, leveraging Articulate Storyline or similar tools, applying Adult Learning Theory, and implementing knowledge management strategies to ensure accessible and well-structured content. Strong technical writing skills to develop clear, concise, and effective learning materials.Technical Proficiency – Skilled in Microsoft Office (advanced PowerPoint, basic Excel), Learning Management Systems (LMS/LXP), and learning technology apps for rapid design.Project and Time Management – Strong organizational skills, ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, time-critical environment, and familiarity with task management tools.Data-Driven Learning Impact – Experience in learning data analysis to assess behavioral and business impact of training programs.Strong Communication and Facilitation – Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, technical writing, and presentation/facilitation abilities.Collaboration and Customer Focus – Proven ability to work in diverse teams, foster a teamwork-driven environment, and maintain a high customer service orientation.Attention to Detail and Continuous Improvement – Strong eye for detail, adherence to processes, and a passion for refining instructional content to enhance learning experiences.Availability to work during US time zones
