What you'll bring
+ 2+ years of relevant experience in risk management
+ Proficient with G-Suite and other relevant software
+ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
+ Proven ability to deescalate customers and effectively handle difficult situations
+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
+ Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet SLAs
+ Strong work ethic with high integrity and ethics
+ Effective collaboration and teamwork skills
+ Strong understanding of customer service and customer empathy
+ Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
+ A bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, accounting or related field a plus
+ Delivers training programs, workshops and classes
+ Manages the classroom through effective facilitation processes that enable efficient delivery of curriculum and a training environment conducive to learnin
+ Partners with Training managers to identify and close organizational performance gaps specific to supported areas
+ Provides coaching, mentoring, and informal leadership to other trainers
+ Teaches other trainers and non-trainers to deliver well-defined training programs. Mentors / coaches other individuals delivering workshops
+ Partners with instructional designers during needs analyses to analyze new or redesigned workshops and provides input and feedback after course is delivered
+ Works flexible hours to support delivery of workshops which exceed the typical workday
+ Travels at least 25-50% of the time
How you will lead
+ Training conducted based on well-defined curriculum
+ Classrooms set up properly (materials, technology, space)
+ Daily program/course schedules for multiple day classes aligned with design plan or adjusted to meet audience needs
+ Training compliance audits for outsourcers and vendors
+ Audit reports and recommendations for compliance gaps and performance gaps
+ Coaches/Supervisors/Managers trained to support trainees' transfer of learning from the classroom or technical based training (TBT) to the job
+ Needs analyses input
+ Delivery of train the trainer programs
+ Program/course effectiveness feedback delivered to designers
+ Workshops/courses delivery based on specific content and style required by the partner and/or customer
+ Evaluation input regarding the effectiveness of trainers they are mentoring
