Learning Facilitator - CSC (10102)

Description of the role 

A Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for partnering with the Global CSC in creating an extraordinary client experience and a sustainable learning environment. 

The role requires an individual to perform duties such as facilitation, content creation and co-ordination of learning activities to all client servicing teams and support areas in the Global CSC.  Together with planning and designing learning, a learning specialist must assess the impact of the solution and report to stakeholders.  Additionally, we are responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of all content relevant the Global CSC.  This is done through our learning management system (LMS), LearnSpace.

 

Description of the skill and experience required 

Proficiency in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Sharepoint, Forms, Teams and Word) Ability to critically identify learning opportunities and needs in the CSC. Must be creative approach and must have a curiosity about learning trends across the industry. Familiar with the LearnSpace platform or other Learning platforms Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines Individual must be proactive and able to work independently. Willing and able to deliver learning across extended hours and business hours. At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a learning environment would be an advantage. Knowledge of the organisation, people, processes, and systems is an advantage. Build and maintaining relationships with stakeholders is key. Design and develop the necessary digital content for product, processes, and systems. Must be able to facilitate learning discussions Maintain current digital learning material on LearnSpace.  This includes modifying and improving content when needed. Design and create assessments, quizzes, and training scenarios (e.g., role plays) to support learning outcomes.
