Job Description
The L&LD Manager has a pivotal role in driving AbbVie's Learning & Leadership Development initiatives. This position is responsible for leading our workshop and self-paced learning curriculum, overseeing our facilitation team and vendor partnerships, and executing our ongoing curriculum transformation roadmap. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, has a strong executive presence, and is adept at managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Management:
Execute and regularly evaluate the ongoing curriculum transformation roadmap in partnership with external consultants and aligned stakeholders. Consult with business leaders on intact team development requests including content recommendations and facilitator sourcing. Curate the self-paced learning platform by thoroughly reviewing content and creating learning paths. Integrate AI into curriculum and learning solutions. Execute yearly demand planning for all open enrollment curriculum.Facilitator & Vendor Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for facilitator partners and vendors. Conduct quarterly meetings with facilitator team to ensure alignment with AbbVie strategy and address any needs. Manage participant survey feedback and conduct live assessments of facilitators, delivering feedback annually.Stakeholder Management:
Maintain visibility with BHR through regular presentation at BHR Collab Calls, staff meetings, and engagement in the TD International Partners Teams channel. Collaborate with stakeholders aligned to certain workshop content on an as needed basis. Foster relationships with Talent stakeholders to be well versed on all available resources across to best support learners. Build and deliver concise updates to TLT and HRLT as neededMarketing:
Lead marketing efforts for development workshops and self-paced learning platform, targeting content and audiences to align with strategy goals and enrollment targets. Analyze marketing metrics to determine success and refine as needed. Collaborate with L&LD Coordinator and HR Communications to execute marketing initiatives.Learn.Develop.Perform Support:
Serve as a production team member for LDP Week and monthly webinars.Financial and Contract Management:
Collaborate with Procurement and Finance partners to manage Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Work Orders, invoice processing, and tracking. Submit and track monthly US chargebacks and annual OUS chargebacks.Technology Management:
Oversee the L&LD Partners SharePoint for up-to-date workshop content that learning partners may utilize to franchise appropriately. Ensure HRConnect page is regularly updated and current throughout the year. Co-manage self-paced learning platform Co-manage the enterprise Talent Development mailbox Co-manage Learning Centers A & B Co-manage registration system and transition to new one for 2026
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years relevant experienceExcellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong stakeholder management including the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset Strong executive presence and professionalism Ability to prioritize and execute in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) preferred. Facilitation experience preferred

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
