The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Learning Management & Design Administrator to join our team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of our educational initiatives, ensuring that our Learning Management System (LMS) is effectively set up, customized, and maintained to meet the needs of our organization. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to create engaging and impactful learning content, while also providing technical support to ensure a seamless learning experience for all users.

What You'll Be DoingConfiguring and optimizing the LMS to align with our organization’s specific needs, including branding, user interface adjustments, and feature enhancements.Overseeing the creation, uploading, and organization of learning materials, ensuring they are easily accessible and engaging. This includes managing text, images, quizzes, videos, and other interactive elements.Managing user accounts, roles, and permissions, handling onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring that all users have the appropriate access to resources.Providing timely and effective support to resolve any LMS-related technical issues, escalating appropriately and ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted learning experience for all users.Working closely with internal and external subject matter experts to support the creation and refinement of high-quality educational content that meets our instructional standards.Maintaining project timelines and organization of course documents, ensuring that all materials are up-to-date and aligned with our educational objectives.Qualifications Bachelors degree or higher in Education, Instructional Design, or related fields OR current LMS Administrator certifications. Certification in instructional design is a plus.3+ years experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration including setup and troubleshooting.Professional proficiency in Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas or other Learning Management Systems.Foundational understanding of instructional design principles and proficiency in e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI)Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic programming skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience collaborating with subject matter experts.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.Apply now!
