Now, Let’s Get Down To Business
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Learning Management System (LMS) Manager to join the Global HR Systems Team.  In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing support, optimization and administration of our LMS.   You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our LMS to ensure a seamless user experience, support learning initiatives, and enable teammate development across the organization. 


Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:


Support of Local LMS Administrators and Training Owners:  Ensure they have their needs met. Oversee the systemization of their learning programs ensuring consistency, and best practice.


LMS Administration: Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of LMS, including system configuration, user management, course creation, and content uploads.  Ensure optimal system performance and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.


User Support: Provide support for users, including troubleshooting issues, answering queries, and providing training on LMS functionalities.  Act as the primary point of contact for LMS-related concerns.


Data Management and Reporting: Generate, analyse, and present reports on LMS usage, courses completion, compliance metrics, and other learning data. 


System Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve the LMS experience, including enhancing user workflow, developing new system features, and implementing best practices.


Compliance and Security: Ensure LMS operations adhere to regulatory and security standards, including data privacy requirements.  Keep track of certifications, compliance records and other mandatory training.

Here’s what we are looking for: 


•    Proficiency in administering LMS platforms (preferably SuccessFactors) including user management, course setup, and troubleshooting issues.
•    Experience with configuring and customizing LMS features, workflows, permissions and notification setup to meet organizational needs.
•    Knowledge of integrating LMS with other systems
•    Understanding of SCORM and AICC standards for e-learning content, ensuring compatibility with LMS
•    Ability to manage large data sets
•    Attention to details
•    Ability to plan, scope and manage LMS related projects
•    Keeping up with industry trends, staying up to date with LMS trends, new technologies and best practice in learning
•    Influencing, Teamwork and interpersonal skills
•    Fluency in English
