Title: Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist

Position Summary:
The Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of online training operations and supporting global training initiatives while ensuring an exceptional experience for both internal and external customers. The LMS Specialist must be resourceful, flexible, independent and possess the organizational ability to assist in the continued growth of the e2open University team, taking initiative and a detail-oriented approach to complete tasks and projects autonomously. The ideal candidate is also expected to be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the LMS along with reacting with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the routine maintenance and updates of the LMS to ensure its smooth operation and attainment of LMS-related goals and projects. Take ownership of creating and customizing pages within the LMS using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance user experience and meet specific learning requirements Assist in data management tasks, including user accounts, course enrollments, and reporting. Generate, track and analyze reports and key metrics related to course completion, user engagement, identifying trend and system usage for providing insights to stakeholders. Provide technical support and resolution of technical issues for end users with LMS related issues and inquiries. Oversee the integration of AI tools and technologies with the LMS to enhance user experience and improve learning outcomes. Assist in the uploading, publishing, organization, and maintenance of learning materials and resources within the LMS. Review course content for functionality, accuracy, and compliance with established standards. Collaborate with instructional designers, graphic designers and Subject matter experts to design and develop top notch engaging learning material. Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the LMS functions correctly. Maintain accurate documentation of LMS processes, procedures, and user guides. Adhere to security best practices to protect user data and ensure the LMS complies with data protection regulations. Provide basic training to users and support them in navigating the LMS interface. Collaborate with training leadership and instructional designers to improve the functionality and usability of the LMS. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the e-learning and LMS domain to suggest improvements. Work on system enhancements or process improvements to ensure better user engagement and system efficiency. Collect user feedback and suggestions for improving the LMS and report them to the team. Work closely with other team members to achieve LMS-related goals and projects.Experience Required
Experience in a similar role related to Learning Management Systems or e-learning. Familiarity with popular Learning Management Systems such as Docebo, Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, or others. Proficiency in Microsoft® Office 365® with an emphasis on Excel (for example, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas) Proficiency in front-end web development technologies (HTML, CSS and JavaScript) to customize and enhance LMS pages. Proficiency in managing user accounts, course enrollments, and generating reports within the LMS. Ability to identify and resolve technical issues within the LMS. Strong customer service skills to assist users with LMS-related queries and problems. Understanding of testing and quality assurance practices to ensure LMS functionality. Ability to accept new challenges and responsibilities with enthusiasm. Proficiency in the English language.
