Bruker has a new opportunity for a Learning Management System Specialist (m/f/d) for our BioSpin Division based in our Warsaw office.
Responsibilities Program/training concept: Participation in the conception, implementation and organization of learning programs, workshops and trainings in general (internal and external).Trainings process/enrollment: Develop and implement training processes, and work on continuous improvementsLMS: Work on the implementation of learning management systems (LMS), learning tools, and global learning solutions/providers.Develop and design engaging training content and concepts tailored to various learning styles and needs.Employ content design tools to produce visually appealing and effective training materials. (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Articulate) and training platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, etc)Leverage AI webinar tools to deliver interactive and impactful training sessions.Create content for communication about programs, trainings in SharePoint.Organization of Trainings: Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions and workshops. Communicate course requirements with trainers, facilities, learners, and external suppliers with agreed timelines. Ensure training materials and resources are prepared and available. Manage logistics for training events, including venue booking and equipment setup.Administration of Training Plans: Develop and maintain comprehensive training plans for employees. Track and update training records and certifications. Ensure compliance with training policies and procedures.
