Learning Manager (6-month Fixed Term)
We’re seeking a Learning Manager to help deliver a crucial role in driving Kroll's learning and development initiatives. You will work closely with Learning SMEs to ensure the timely and effective delivery of learning solutions, both technical and leadership-focused.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple learning programs. Prioritize a seamless and high-quality learning experience for all participants. Source and manage external vendors to enhance learning offerings. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and develop tailored learning solutions. Lead and support the learning operations team to ensure smooth delivery. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business objectives. Drive innovation and implement strategies to enhance learning effectiveness. Create and maintain policies and processes to streamline learning operations. Analyze learning data to identify trends and inform decision-making. Manage and deliver leadership development programs.
Essential traits:
5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on learning and development. Proven track record in managing global learning programs. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A passion for learning and development.
