Job Description
Job Purpose:
Develop, implement, and maintain Learning & Development (L&D) systems to ensure that all people development policies and procedures in line with the Company’s philosophies and all relevant legal requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
· Identify the training needs of the hotel and approve with HRM and GM.
· Work with HRM and GM to create detailed annual training plan and budget.
· Work with department heads to produce an annual training plan by department.
· Coordinate and track all training being carried out in the hotel on an ongoing basis.
Training Operations:
· Deliver certain hotel-wide training courses for all employees.
· Train and support departmental trainers, and coordinate training delivered by department trainees.
· Lead the Orientation process for all new employees.
· Work as a Key Position to drive company KPI to achieve target
· Recruite Trainee and building relationship with University / college
· Work and support with HR in all Hotel activities
QualificationsMinimum bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or any related fields.Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Human Resources field with international companies.Proficiency in English and computer literacy.Strong skills in driving for results.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Strong skills in people management and development.Additional Information
