Learning Manager for Oncology TA 

     

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Design and implement integrated learning plan for selling skills, product/indication knowledge, and compliance in learning Cross Functional Team and establish professionalism by implementing certification schemeImplement reskill program to improve the performance of MR with people leadersIdentify and assess current and future learning needs of pharma Japan salesforce in close collaboration with relevant functions such as product Team, scientific information and sales strategy planningDesign learning curriculum and ensure full compliance of learning materials and programsAssess learning effectiveness used by external objective evaluation and learn from the outcome and feedbacks. Maintain the quality of the contents by managing the venders and analyzing the feedback of participant of learning and feedback on  MR performance by people leaders and squad leadersResearch learning programs externally and internally with Cross function Team to continuously optimize learning programs by incorporating up-to-date learning methodologies, tools and best practicesManage the training for MR to Maintain MR certification

 

 

WHO YOU ARE:

 

University degreeAt least 5 years experience as a sales manager, Marketing, Sales Training experience in pharma industryExperience in Oncology therapeutic area is mandatory Project management, stakeholder management skillsHigh interpersonal skills i.e.. communication, facilitation, and negotiationLearning program design, Training experience, coaching experience are preferableLanguage: Japanese-Native Level, English-Business Level (preferred but not mandatory)
