Position Purpose: Centene’s Learning Operations Program Manager III will play a critical role in supporting and enabling Centene initiatives to enhance learning & development effectiveness and align L&D operations with the organization’s strategic goals. Working closely with the Sr. Director of Workforce Performance and Enterprise Learning, this individual contributor will focus on operationalizing and managing frameworks, processes, and tools that ensure consistent, high-quality, and connected enterprise learning experience.
Support the Workforce Performance and Enterprise Learning organization’s strategic planning activities by creating leadership team planning sessions and templates to guide discussions and align critical initiatives.Manage team projects and initiatives by generating tracking mechanisms and reporting to identify areas of risk, ensure activities are not overlapping or conflicting, highlighting when projects may be falling behind and supporting the team in putting remediation steps in place.Develop and analyze reporting, and present key findings and business insights impacting critical initiatives and informing decision making. Track and report ROIs, KPIs, and other learning metrics.Lead key team meetings to support our culture and enable alignment and collaboration across the team by organizing staff/leadership team meetings.Help escalate decisions/issues to the Sr. Director by regularly connecting with team members and identifying urgent needs and risks.Support decision making by bringing insights into initiatives and work from across the team, taking into account interdependencies and/or conflicts.Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations that showcase learning and workforce performance outcomes and alignment with strategic objectives.Lead and implement cross-team programs and initiatives, as assigned.Research best practices and share insights in the areas of talent or talent management to evolve and advance our thinking.Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred.5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience.Proven track record in supporting enterprise-level projects preferredPreferred experience using analytics tools and software for reporting (e.g., MS Power BI, Smartsheet’s)Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.
