The team you'll be a part of
In this role, you will leverage your problem-solving skills daily, ensuring each learner has the proper resources to help them succeed on their educational journey. While understanding the back-end operations that fuel NI Learning Services as an internationally recognized certification program, you will understand the importance of immediate and efficient service, critical thinking, and a positive attitude through analytical projects, systems management, and creative application. You will also be exposed to a dedicated team passionate about education and helping all learners succeed.
Education Recommendations
Currently a candidate for a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Administration, Management, or Marketing with an accredited school in Canada.
It would be nice if you also had:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Superb multi-tasking skills needed Very detailed orientedAs part of the team, you will:
Respond to information requests from customers and employees utilizing multiple applications. Assist with website editing and other marketing-related tasks. Assist with Excel and or PowerBI report generation for the management team. Recommend and implement business process improvements. Some User Acceptance testing (UAT) of new tools and processes.
