We are looking for a Learning Partner Patient Solutions & QA who is agile, passionate and has excellent interpersonal skills to join our Learning team, based in our headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.

 

About the role

The Learning Partner Patient Solutions & QA provides guidance and support to talent and business partners to orchestrate learning program design and deployment to close the identified capability gaps in scope, having a direct impact on the growth of UCB team members in scope.

Reporting to L&D Team Lead for R&D, S&TS & Support Functions, the Learning Partner Patient Solutions & QA acts at operational level in the delivery and management of specific Learning and Development programs with a clear focus on global standardized processes that fit business needs.

 

 

Who you’ll work with

In this role, you will report to L&D Team Lead for R&D, S&TS & Support Functions. You’ll collaborate closely with Learning Partners to identify and address capability gaps, and with Talent Partners to communicate insights and updates on learning initiatives. You will develop relationships with key stakeholders to align learning strategies with business needs. Engaging with business sponsors and Subject Matter Experts, you will co-create and validate content, working alongside the Learning Experience team to develop and iterate learning projects. Additionally, you will coordinate with external vendors for content delivery and partner with the Learning Operations team to ensure smooth implementation and continuous improvement of learning solutions.

 

What you’ll do

Trusted L&D Advisor: Understand business domain challenges, opportunities, and align on learning needs.Project Proposals: Develop and implement learning projects, leveraging existing assets and global insights.Execution: Manage end-to-end learning projects, from needs assessment to continuous improvement.Workshops & Courses: Facilitate learning sessions and collaborate with internal/external teams.Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with Learning Partners, Talent Partners, and key stakeholders.Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback, analyze data, and iterate on learning solutions with Learning Operations.

 

 

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills

10+ years of experience in a Learning & Development roleUnderstanding of the adult learning theory, instructional design models and the science of learning.Experience in facilitating learning interventions & training delivery.Experience implementing and coordinating multiple learning projects under global direction is a plus.Proven experience in working in multicultural and matrix environment.Proven ability to work on complex projects and to manage stakeholders at different levels of seniority.Having experience with pharma departments of Research and Quality is a real plus
