To strengthen our Talent & Company Reputation team, based at the HQ, in Brussels, Belgium we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Learning Partner Patient Supply.
The Learning Partner Patient Supply, act at Strategic and operational level, provides guidance and support to talent partners and business leaders&managers to orchestrate learning program design and deployment to close the identified capability gaps in scope, having a direct impact on the growth of UCB team members in scope. The Learning Partner is responsible to manage the Strategic Capability Plan for his scope, from the analyze till the delivery, measurement and report.
Reporting to L&D Team Lead for PSol&QA, Patient Supply & Enabling Functions, the Learning Partner Patient Supply acts at operational level in the delivery and management of specific Learning and Development programs with a clear focus on global standardized processes that fit business needs.
What you’ll do
Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders by understanding their business domain, challenges, and opportunities at an operational level.Participate in strategic leadership team meetings to promote, gather feedback on, and report Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, while aligning on needs and approaches through continuous check-ins.Foster deep collaboration with Learning Partners, Talent Partners, and key stakeholders to identify capability gaps and inform on progress, delivering aligned content, including L&D budget updates.Share insights and analysis on the usage of learning initiatives with Talent Partners and business stakeholders, updating them on the latest relevant learning solutions and customization options.Collaborate with business sponsors, subject matter experts, and Learning Content Service Leads to develop and deliver learning project proposals, ensuring alignment with upskilling/reskilling needs and validating costs and approaches with stakeholders.Manage learning projects end-to-end, including needs assessments, design and facilitation of workshops or courses, smooth implementation with Global Learning Operations, and continuous improvement based on feedback and data-driven insights.

Holds a Master's degree; L&D courses or certifications are considered an asset.Fluent in FR and EN. Experience in Pharma, BioPharma and/or production environment is a plus.Demonstrates curiosity , flexibility, adaptability and genuine interest in the business domain, fostering outcomes through growing expertise and understanding diverse perspectives.Possesses strong advisory skills, translating Talent Partner and business requests into actionable learning plans while effectively partnering with others.Skilled in stakeholder management, including timely communication and engagement with subject matter experts, Talent Partners, and Learning team collaborators.Exhibits assertiveness by providing fact-based rationale, listening actively, maintaining relationships, expressing needs proactively, and adapting communication to various disciplines.Focuses on optimizing performance by setting clear priorities, anticipating obstacles, removing barriers, and fostering cross-functional collaboration for synergies and innovation.Demonstrates data literacy by gathering, reading, and integrating data in various formats, applying it effectively across contexts, with a focus on digital and AI applications.
