Position Title: Learning Planner/Healthcare Training Coordinator (Remote)Locations: REMOTE - FL Anticipated Start Date: 11/18Expected Duration: 3 MonthsJob Type: Contrsct Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM / OT is not requiredPay Rate: $20.00/hr on W2Need: Previous Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
Job Description:Works closely with Regional Medical Management Trainers to coordinate training events, schedule instructors for classes, organize materials and facilities to support the training activities, and collect feedback to be used in evaluating the effectiveness of training events.
• Process onboarding requests for New Hires.
o This includes building the roster from our intake ticket system, creating new hire sessions in the Learning Management System (Cornerstone), and adding the new hires to the roster in the learning management system.
o Communicate largely through Welcome emails to New Hires, business partner supervisors / leaders to clarify requests, and regional Learning & Development leaders.
Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:
• Process 350 - 400 new hire requests for the learning journey per month
Tell me about what their first day looks like:
• Their first day involves being welcomed and walked through an explanation of the role. Some eLearning and we will then begin demonstrating and asking for teach back on the specific aspects of the role.
Required Skills/Experience:
Attention to detail, customer centricity / focus
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Zoom, Microsoft Teams,
Ability to manage a high volume
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS). Centene uses Cornerstone.
* Schedule and manage all related training preparations, including coordinating of training rooms, pre-work, equipment, materials, catering, and travel arrangements, if necessary.
* Provide excellent customer service and promptly respond to inquiries from employees, management, recruiters, and vendors.
* Assist in the implementation of basic training sessions.
* Update existing training programs for new work processes, process modifications and system upgrades.
* Collect and consolidate course evaluation forms following training courses.
Education/Experience:
Associate's degree in Business, related field or equivalent experience. 0-2 years of training or office administration experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance environment. Formal training experience preferred but not required."
