SWBC is seeking a talented individual to provide technical support for PEO’s Learning Platforms to include logging and tracking all training activities and composing accurate reports of compliance and usage. This position also provides general knowledge and experience of the learning platform to effectively collaborate with outside vendors, SWBC clients, and internal staff.

Essential duties include the following:
Pulls frequent usage reports from the learning platforms for management and consults with other departments to satisfy their reporting needs. Provides comprehensive quarterly reports on the breakdown of Training and Employee Development’s resources and effectiveness.Provides technical support for the learning platform users, including catalog maintenance and technical interface support to all users which include email, phone support, and video sharing.Adds and/or removes various training objects to the learning platforms. Collects and/or creates all necessary information from course developers and/or coordinator including course descriptions, durations, tags, audience, deadline for completion, and reconciles classroom rosters to update the system.Uploads, tests, and assigns quarterly eLearning compliance requirements for all SWBC Divisions and fields any questions or technical issues that may arise. Provides a monthly compliance report to department Vice President.Provides any necessary training to clients and SWBC management and/or teams so they can access employee records, recommend, or assign training to their organizations, pull reports, etc.Maintains accurate user records to include adding vendors, contractors, and other users who will not be loaded through the daily feed; and removing users as appropriate. Actively engages with the IT/HRIS Workday Team to ensure congruence between the learning platforms and the Workday infrastructure. Develops and maintains training materials; including presentations, user guides, and troubleshooting materials to support teammates in their use of the learning platform and supporting applications.Coordinates with LMS vendor to implement enhancements, troubleshoot errors, identify areas of improvement, increase functionality, and the like. Opens technical help tickets with the vendors.Initiates communication with various IT departments to create data import schedules using FTP and/or API. Creates staging tables to be used in data translation. Coordinates communication between internal and external IT and HR departments to ensure successful data transmissions between platforms.Performs all other duties as assigned.Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Human Resources, Training, or related field of sturdy from an accredited four-year college or university.Experience with FTP processes and API connections preferred.At least two (2) years of customer service, technical systems administration, help desk or similar LMS administration experience.Exposure to Learning Management Systems preferred.Experience establishing connections between systems using either API or FTPGood technical, problem solving, and analytical skills.Willingness to work with cutting-edge education tools and techniques.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication (both written and oral), and telephone etiquette skills.Able to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint.Self-starter who takes initiative in finding solutions to difficult and unique problems/opportunities.Able to sit for long periods of time while performing and utilizing training materials and other such duties.Required to lift 10-20 lbs. of training materials or other documents.SWBC offers*:
