Responsibilities The Opportunity The objective of this role is to manage, control, and monitor the operational activities related to self-learning platforms and the integration of new technologies. The analyst must ensure the proper functioning of the platforms, foster continuous innovation, and provide an efficient service that supports the organization’s strategic objectives, ensuring a high-quality technological experience for the users. Your Impact As Learning Platforms Analyst your responsibilities would consist of: Platforms management Uploading content to the platforms Chatbot maintenance (maintenance and ensure new services to optimize the learning process) Ticket resolution and maintenance (SNOW) Contact with users for support Data quality assurance Updates via Monday Process Improvement Consulting User Experience Optimization Contact with global support team for escalating tickets to solve issues and platforms improvements Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor’s Degree Required 3-5 years of Pepsico learning experience or related business experience; 2-3 years of experience administrating LMS/LXP platforms (Degreed, Success Factors, Schoox, etc) English Level fluid conversational. Desire portuguese Expertise with data analysis (master data, organization, spreadsheets, lookups, formulas, hierarchies, etc.) Experience organizing troubleshooting requests Experience working with specific SLAs in the services portfolio Ability to engage with client groups, final users to assess Learning Platforms needs Ability to manage ambiguous situations, conflicting priorities and react to urgent situations Ability to provide strategic consultation and “hands-on” solutions Very strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to several levels within the organization with concise urgency If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
