The Learning Producer collaborates with the Learning Designer to build meaningful global content (courses, job aids, videos, etc.). This role works closely with Business experts in the International and Americas to deliver effective learning solutions.
Success in this role requires having a sense of urgency, ability to meet deadlines, and a passion for creating inspiring learning solutions.
What you’ll do:
Collaborates with Learning Designer to build content in accordance with the design plan and Customer goalsPartners with HR, Business partners and Learning Designer to identify learning needs and priorities as neededResponsible for creating and maintaining all learning material for all workgroups, which can include online learning, classroom curriculum, job aids, and performance support toolsDevelops in an agile environment, producing rapid and hosting iterative content Continually evaluates and updates content to enhance effectiveness and improve outcomesWrites scripts and story boards as neededExperts on production tools/technologyBuild content using a variety of tools and methods: animation, video productionBalances multiple projects at one time, adhering to strict project deadlinesPerforms self and peer quality content reviews, inspecting visual integrity, content accuracy, and user experienceMeasurements/Performance Indicators

Bachelor degree required2+ years related work experience, HR or similar field a plusPrevious experience with production tools/technology (e.g. Articulate, Biteable)Excellent writing, communication, analytical and instructional design skillsExcellent time management, planning, and organizational skillsAbility to lead a discussion and find consensusAbility to build strong relationships, influence and gain buy-in at all levels of the organizationAbility to work in a team environment; initiative to work and learn independentlyPerks you’ll get:
