Learning Program Manager with French

Location: Gdansk
Working model: hybrid
Working hours: 9am-5pm

Learning Program Manager will help customers plan and execute Cloud Learning Plan, providing them with best practice advice, scheduling training and reporting on training consumption. They proactively manage a customers’ training investment through regular meetings and quarterly reviews

Responsibility:

Act as a Single point of escalation for customer queries. Take the learners’ through their learning journey and provide periodic support and feedback on key
learner’s issues Provide operational support such as responding to internal/external queries related to training
schedules, course registrations etc. Provide periodic report on Queries and issue using spreadsheets

Skills and Experience:

Min 2 years of experience in Program management / Coordination experience/ management in learning / training environment Proficient in English and French, written and spoken Experience in support and troubleshooting technology High attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple functions, tasks and requests and manage work on time Ability to lead reviews and monitor key success KPIs Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment Proven project management, organizational and communication skills Robust conflict resolution skills
