Position: Learning Senior Specialist
Location: Belgrade (Office-based)
Grade: 10
Reporting to the NAMER Learning Delivery Manager while working on-site at the Belgrade Serbia Campus, the Learning Specialist utilizes their knowledge of NCR Voyix business and products and their expertise in adult education techniques to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning curriculum for their prescribed audience. They work closely with the NAMER Learning Delivery Manager and the Learning Business Partners to understand the business requirements and the skill sets requiring enhancement. The Learning Specialist designs, develops, and delivers a comprehensive learning program or event that enhances an associate’s knowledge/skill and improves the overall effectiveness of the business unit/organization. The analysis, design, development, and evaluation of learning programs are the primary functions in this particular role.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Maintains Regional Business partnership with field leadershipUtilize Metrics to drive targeted skill building programs within their regionManages and implements special projects as assignedInterfaces with LBP (Learning Business Partner) for a global focusAnalyzes training needs for development projectsDesigns content and aligns it to the appropriate delivery typeDevelops course content with innovative approachesImplements content and communicates readinessEvaluates content for updates and effectivenessConducts TTT (Train-the-Trainer) sessions and deploys new developed projectsResponsible for Development quality controlBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years of technical field experience or associate's degree in a technical field or in education3-5 years of instructional design and development experience using Articulate Storyline and RISE 360 as primarily design and development tools5 - 7 years teaching adult learners technical topics via various modalities including ILT, VILT and WBT.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong (demonstrated) public speaking or presentation skillsProficiency in MS Office productsProficiency with development tools (e.g. Articulate, RISE 360, Camtasia, etc.) Proven track record and portfolio samples required.Experienced with working in a matrix-managed organizationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Instructional Design or a related technical discipline OR 7-10 years of experience working in Learning or Education-related disciplineProven ability to work within a team environment, juggle multiple projects, and adapt to frequent changeAbility to build rapport with internal and external customersAbility to visualize and verbalize technical concepts in understandable terms and be instructionally savvy to deliver clear and effective instructional contentProven ability to learn quickly and work independentlyExperience with retail POS systems (NCR or IBM)Experience with Self Check Out (Fastlane)Experience with networking products (i.e. Cisco routers/switches)Travel requirements:
