Learning Service Business Partner

The Role

You will be the primary learning lead for the APAC region, working with our network of in-market HR contacts to offer guidance and support on any learning-related issues within their markets.

You will also be the primary learning lead for one of our global production functions within Hogarth, working with SME's to ensure that colleagues who work in this area have access to the training resources and support they need to succesfully deliver their work.

You will also lead on other ad-hoc learning projects as needed to meet our business objectives.

Role Competencies


Relationship Management

A key part of the role involves collaborating with your colleagues in Learning Services, engaging with your network of regional HR colleagues, as well as production SME's. It's therefore essential that you are a clear and confident communicator who enjoys working with others as part of a team and have excellent interpersonal skills. 

 

Project Management

You will be responsbile for managing a portfolio of learning-related projects so it's vital that you are able to agree scope, resource commitments and timelines.  You will be given responsibility and autonomy to define the best approach and will provide regular feedback to the HR Learning Services Manager on the progress of your projects.

 

Creating Content

We are looking for someone with experience creating supporting learning content across various media:

E-learning content using publishing tools like Storyline and Rise Managing modules and user records in a LMS platform Video content using tools like Camtasia User guides and support material using Illustrator, Photoshop, Keynote and other publishing tools Microsite content which is updated and stored in SharePoint

 

 Training Delivery

From time to time you may be expected to deliver training sessions, so we are looking for somone who is a confident and clear communicator who is able to deliver various type of training:

Virtually, using tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx and other webinar tools Face to face workshops in a class-room environment
