Our HR Service Europe was established as the first cross-border HR service within Bosch. We provide support and development of IT infrastructure tools, data management, training, recruitment and administration to over 40 countries worldwide.
Job DescriptionYour contribution to something big:
- Perform Factual invoice verification, ensuring all details are correct;
- Purchase Order process for e-Uni licenses together with e-Uni core team and purchase department;
- Act as the first point of contact for the different eUniversities;
- Provide technical support in several topics and interface to BD;
- Onboarding and offboarding of new e-Unis (technical, data security, etc.);
- Increase sale numbers, support for setting owners, Bosch training providers, business units, areas, departments, initiatives, etc.
- Continuous Improvement (CIP): Identify, develop, and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness; review and discontinue outdated processes, as needed.
QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred;
- Experience in training area is a plus;
- Knowledge of Success factors is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local country language; additional foreign languages are a plus;
- Proficient in MS Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving goals;
- Customer Focus: Strong commitment to delivering high-quality service;
- Problem-Solving: Effective analytical skills to identify and resolve issues;
- Process Improvement: Proactive approach to enhancing processes and systems;
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
