Our HR Service Europe was established as the first cross-border HR service within Bosch. We provide support and development of IT infrastructure tools, data management, training, recruitment and administration to over 40 countries worldwide.

Job Description

Your contribution to something big: 

- Support purchasing process;

- Extract eUniversity booking information from LMS;

- Adds users to the eUniversity platforms;

- Registration in eUniversities of Users that have no access to HR Global and fulfill all the requirements given by Corporate;

- Perform manual Record Learning in the Learning Management System, when cost center to be charged is different than the one maintained in the system;

- Create Items for eUniversity in Learning Management System;

- Update price for eUniversities items in Learning Management System;

- Extraction of Statistic data from eUniversity platforms to be updated in the eUni Wiki and dashboard;

- Support end Users with eUniversity platform handling;

- Request Learning history correction for eUniversities and refund of any costs, when applicable;

- Management of eUniversities assignment profile for associates in Germany with Workers Council agreement;

- Continuous Improvement (CIP): Identify, develop, and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness; review and discontinue outdated processes, as needed.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred;

- Experience in training area is a plus;

- Knowledge of Success factors is a plus;

- Excellent communication skills in English and the local country language; additional foreign languages are a plus;

- Proficient in MS Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;

- Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving goals;

- Customer Focus: Strong commitment to delivering high-quality service;

- Problem-Solving: Effective analytical skills to identify and resolve issues;

- Process Improvement: Proactive approach to enhancing processes and systems;

- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
