What you’ll be doing:
Designing, building, and delivering learning solutions for the Learning Business, integrating people, process, and technology.Partnering with Sales to co-create and showcase learning offerings to prospective clients, supporting pre-sales and bid processes.Conducting research and analysis on stakeholders, competitors, markets, and technology to inform the learning solutions portfolio and roadmap.Driving adoption of CPS standard learning products to enhance competitiveness and customer experience.Influencing and challenging stakeholders to achieve optimal solutions, managing risks and opportunities (RADIO).Working with Bid Manager and Sales Lead to ensure solutions are assured and aligned with governance processes.Articulating solutions to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with win themes in both written and verbal formats.Promoting continuous learning and excellence, actively participating in the CPS solutions community and shaping learning solution bids.What we’re looking for:
